Winn Dixie Food Drive Success

A NOTE OF THANKS FROM THE PINE ISLAND FOOD PANTRY (PIFP)

The Pine Island Food Pantry would like to thank Winn Dixie and all our fellow islanders who supported this month-long food drive that benefitted local families in need. This event was a huge success, exceeding our goal, by raising ~$7,700 (between ~400 pre-made food bags, individual donations, hot dog wagon sales, plus $1,000 check donation from Winn Dixie). A special thanks to the Winn Dixie team for partnering with us on this event and all the pantry volunteers that worked it.
