Pine Island Food Pantry Receives 290 Pound Swine from Local Business Owner
A huge shout out goes to Mike Patrick, owner Mike Patrick Electric, for his generous donation of a 290-pound hog (200 pounds of pure meat) to the Pine Island Food Pantry. Cost to purchase at the AG Expo, butchering, and packaging ~$3,000. Our lucky clients will enjoy fresh ham, sausage, pork chops and pork shoulder this week. Thank you, Mike. You’re the best!
