The Pine Island Elementary School outdid themselves by raising and donating ~615 pounds of nonperishable food to the Pine Island Food Pantry for Thanksgiving.
Superintendent Thomas Millins, Amy Williamson, and the school staff hosted a successful food drive which included all grades. A special acknowledgement goes out to all the teachers and students who worked hard to collect and donate the food items for us.
These were included in our Thanksgiving holiday bags and given out to local pine islanders to include in their holiday meals. We are ever grateful for your generous support.
